Marvellous cookery course one to one last august on osteria LA LOGGIA DEGLI OTTONI. Master chef Alessandro Gentilucci taught to a real expert woman from dutch, mrs Nora Van Oostven, how to do a perfect italian lunch.
A very interesting experience for both, following the famous eno-gastronomer dr. Claudio Modesti teaching. (edited by hacca edition 4 books on truffles ).
Delicious dinner under del Loggiato, with the lessons products.
