Cooking course a great success !!!!!

There is great satisfaction in organizing the first edition of the cooking, led by Dr Claudio Modesti.
The course was held in the restaurant Osteria / Pizzeria La Loggia in the center of Matelica.
The course consisted of 3 sessions. The first session was to make pasta. Different sauces for the pasta and the preparation of various meats. There was also attention paid to the choice of wine which is drunk by the various courses.

The course was attended by active prospective chefs from Great Britain. Much attention was paid to the quality and "how to use" of the local products.
The participants made their pasta and their sauces and then tasted their own creations while enjoying a wine.

Great success was the preparation of local products, including the preparation of a veal cheek (Guancia di vitellone).
The participants returned satisfied to Britain and they received the recipes of the dishes. Also, some participants have expressed an interest in the extensive course (including preparation of dishes with truffles)

Soon, the new dates of the cooking will appear on the site.
